Client Survey
This survey allows us much deeper insight into your goals. These insights result in much more accurate quotes and plans, and can help identify problem areas before we begin saving you money in client requested changes to the original plan.
If you do not have a web presence, complete as much as you can.
Our goal is to know your business and clients as well as you do.
For your convenience, this document is offered in several formats:
Rich Text Format (.RTF). Almost all word processing applications can work with rich text. Choose this version if you are unsure of your applications.
MS Word Format (.DOC). Microsoft Word Format is suitable for any computer running the Microsoft Office Suite or Word.
Adobe Portable Document Format (.PDF). Choose this version if neither of the other versions opened correctly on your computer. Note, you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your system. If you do not, it is available free from Adobe, installation is a snap.
For best results, save the survey to your desktop. Then open, complete, and return by email or by upload.
The PDF file will have to be completed by hand then returned by mail or fax. Call us for our fax number.
